innoflow was founded by Thomas Tornerup in August 2019. We are a Danish startup headquartered in Copenhagen, united by our vision, mission and values. We are working hard to achieve our goal of scaling worldwide. Together we strive to create value for customers, candidates and society.
Thomas has spent most of his working life as a leader in global media companies focusing on digital innovation and transformation. With a passion and flair for challenging the status quo, he has helped create new digital businesses at, among others, Discovery Networks and Viasat. Thomas has always sought to promote inclusive and diverse teams in a constant search for new angles and perspectives on problem-solving.

A solution to this problem can be found in the use of cases, solved anonymously, which, in addition to reducing bias, is considered by research to be one of the best predictors of future job performance. At innoflow, we enable companies to use cases, at scale, across the employee lifecycle. 8.2 Greater economic productivity must be achieved through diversity, technology, and innovation. Among other things, by focusing on labour-intensive sectors that provide high-value sustainable development.
10.3 Everyone respectively must have equal opportunities, and thus social inequalities must be reduced. That can be achieved by, among other things, eliminating discriminatory laws, policies and practices and by promoting appropriate policies, legislation and actions for that purpose.
