Since the case is replacing the CV, will I not get to see the CV at all?
Using the CV for initial screening is not only time-consuming, but also highly ineffective. We advise using the CV alongside the interview to maintain a consistent structure across all interviews.
Does the innoflow platform integrate with applicant tracking systems?
Our platform continuously evolves and seamlessly integrates with an expanding array of applicant tracking systems, ensuring that specific client requests are prioritized without any concerns.
Can innoflow be used for positions other than call center positions?
While our main focus is currently on call center positions, the Innoflow software can indeed be used for other roles. However, we recommend primarily utilizing it for high-volume recruiting.
What kind of skills can be assessed?
Hard skills such as the ability to express oneself and typing speed, and soft skills such as situational judgement and empathy skills.
How many questions does the case consist of?
A case consists of 15-20 questions with 3-6 possible answers for each question. 15 questions if either hard skills or soft skills and 20 questions if both.
Who will provide the case?
The case will be provided by an innoflow certified Case Expert. The appointed Case Expert will ensure an efficient process, and for your convenience, the case can be reused and easily adjusted if needed.
How long does onboarding take?
On average it takes a one-time 2 hours 30 minutes for new clients to be onboarded. This includes case development as well as setting up the software.
How are the answers to the case assessed?
The scores to each possible answer are determined beforehand during the case development process, and thus the assessment is carried out automatically.
How do you ensure that the process is unbiased?
Personal information provided by the applicants during the sign up process is only revealed once candidates have been selected based solely on their scores.
How long does it take for applicants to complete the case?
The case can be accessed from any device, anytime anywhere, and on average take 10 minutes for entry level jobs (senior level jobs on average take 30 minutes).
How do you ensure that the case is not completed by someone other than the applicant?
By having the applicant elaborate on her/his answers during a follow up interview it will be very easy to determine if the case has been completed by someone else.
Where do I keep track of the number of sign ups and completions?
We will provide access to a dashboard with an easy overview of the number of sign ups, completions and scores.
How do I select candidates?
Candidates can be selected either automatically by setting a minimum score (that can be adjusted if needed) or manually in an online dashboard.
Can I send feedback to the applicants using innoflow?
Appropriate feedback approved by you beforehand will automatically be sent to applicants based on the scores and whether or not they have been selected.
