Bring your hiring process into the 21st century

STEP #1

You provide the applicants, we provide a landing page with your color theme and logo, including a timeline with important milestones as well as a short description of your company and the vacant job position.

STEP #2

Applicants sign up with their email and get access to a relevant tailormade case created by Innoflow’s case specialists and approved by you. Applicants upload their solution before the submission deadline.

STEP #3

Your specialists or Innoflow specialists give scores to the case solutions, blinded, based on pre-determined assessment criteria.  We hand over the most competent candidates to you while making sure everyone get feedback.
