Additionally, the Innoflow software provides meaningful feedback to all applicants based on the case solution evaluation criteria.

Who we are

Innoflow was founded in August 2019 by Thomas Tornerup. We are a Danish scaleup and our headquarter is in Copenhagen, but our team consists of members from all over the world.

We are connected through a passion for purpose, people and equality. We enjoy each other’s company, love to hang out, work hard, design cool software and making our clients happy.

Founder & CEO

Thomas has spent most of his work life as a leader in global media companies. With a passion and flair for challenging the status quo, he has acted as a driving force in digital innovation. Working with corporate start-ups, Thomas has always strived to foster inclusive and diversified working environments in the search for multiple perspectives on problemsolving and learning.

Meeting various talented people throughout his life, has taught him that talent lives in everyone – and under the right circumstances, everybody has the ability to be a superstar.
