We are a Danish startup. Our team consists of members from all over the world – connected through a passion for purpose, people and equality. We enjoy each other’s company, love to hang out, work hard, design cool software and making our clients happy.
Co-Founder & CEO
Thomas has spent most of his work life as a leader in global media companies. With a passion and flair for challenging the status quo, he has acted as a driving force in digital innovation. Working with corporate start-ups, Thomas has always strived to foster inclusive and diversified working environments in the search for multiple perspectives on problem–solving and learning.
Meeting various talented people throughout his life, has taught him that talent lives in everyone – and under the right circumstances, everybody has the ability to be a ”superstar.”
Co-Founder & CMO
At the age of 18, Nicklas set the goal of becoming a sports psychology consultant. Years of studies later, he could look back on a career of helping talented young athletes, world champions and olympians achieve their goals. Taking the leap into HR leadership in IT, Nicklas quickly found a passion for challenging the way talent is defined, developed and chosen.
Through Innoflow, he wants to change the recruitment process, so everyone can get a chance to show the talents they have and ultimately achieve their career goals.
