We are a Danish based startup, but have team members from all over the world. We are connected through a passion for purpose, people and equality. We enjoy each other’s company and love to hang out, work hard, design cool software and make our customers happy.

Thomas Tornerup

Co-Founder & CEO

Thomas has spent most of his work life as a leader in global media companies. With a passion and flair for challenging status quo, he has been driving digital innovation. Working with corporate startups, Thomas has always strived to foster inclusive and diversified working environments in the search for multiple perspectives on problem-solving and learning.

Meeting so many highly talented people taught him, that talent lives in everyone, and under the right circumstances, everybody has the ability to be a superstar.

Nicklas Pyrdol

Co-Founder & CMO

At the age of 18 Nicklas set the goal of becoming a sport psychology consultant. Years of studies later, he could look back on a career of helping both talented young athletes, world champions and Olympians achieve their goals. Taking the leap into HR leadership in IT, Nicklas quickly found a passion for challenging the way talent are defined, developed and chosen.

Through Innoflow he wants to change the recruitment process so everyone can get a chance to show the talents they have and achieve their career goals.
