How does it work?

1. Improve the Quality of Hires

An appointed innoflow Case Expert will develop the scenarios based on an interview with one or more of your top performers in the position concerned. Once you have approved the scenarios, we will provide a link to a sign-up page with your logo and colors.

2. Process

Candidates can get access to the scenarios with just a few clicks. If there are minimum requirements, they will be added to the sign-up flow. The test is solved anonymously to prevent limitative bias and is expected to take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

3. Decision

The applicants are automatically ranked based on their total score. You can either choose to manually select candidates using the innoflow built-in selection tool or you can simply set a minimum required score and the software will do the job for you.
