A customised case-based test. Users are presented with 15-20 realistic job-related scenarios in text, images, audio, or video. The MCT can be used for blue- and white-collar positions and on varying levels of complexity.

Work Sample

A customised case focused on 2-3 most important overall tasks that come with the job. A solution is described by each candidate. The Work Sample is best suitable as a replacement for traditional screening and/or selection.

As candidates get further in the recruitment process, the case complexity gradually increases along with mutual interest.
